Granting permissions to a Shared Resource.Outlook and the Mac have a long and ugly history. 1.Please note: These instructions are for granting permissions to a personal calendar or a Shared Mailbox calendar. The calendars will show fine in OWA, but office for mac has an issue that Microsoft hasn't resolved yet. That's at least how it was with our macs. I've had this issue with exchange calendars and the users needs to have at least 'Reviewer' status or the calendar won't show up.

Whether the timing of this release may or may not have been Microsoft's choice, Outlook 15.3 is undoubtedly good enough - and it can be considered a hint of announced and rumored things to come for the rest of Office. Without the need to press DVDs and deal with a hard distribution channel, developers can release product when it's "good enough" - but maybe not perfect.
